SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-36
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a.remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Fo Ilowing is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-36
TIME
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 30 April 1981.
Mission time is 0900 hours.
This will be a pre-mission brief. Okay #08, we're going to
be working a set of coordinates this morning. And you've
worked th6se coordinates before on this mission, and ob-
viously you've come up with some interesting data, so we're
going to take you back there again. And, uh, I have two
basic questions that we need answered. And of course, I've
never worked-this before and I don't know anything about
the coordinates so I'm totally blind. The first require-
ment is to determine the function of the target area, and
to acquire a geographic fix. For example, uh, some land-
marks or you know, somewhere we can put a geographic fix on
it. Any questions?
#OB: No.
#14: Okay, at the start of the session I'll give you the coordin-
ates and, uh, you can go out from them. You got about 30
minutes or so to prepare yourself.
#OB: All right.
0900 #14: All right, #08. The time is now 0900 hours. I'm going to
give you a geographic coordinate. I want you to go to the
target and describe the location to me.

I want you now to relax, focus, focus on those coordinates,
and describe the target area.
PAUSE
#08: (Mumbling) .... That's still the, uh.... that's still the
+3 rugged mountain area ..... Not quite snow capped, but streaky
with snow.... Target looks like a, uh..reflective circle or
a..(mumble).,.,, In a, uh, the spot's surrounded by ...

#08: mountains, I think...
PAUSE
In the, uh, the country that's in... I gotta get a high
perspective. In@the country that that's in ... it would be
+07 in the, uh..the western ... the right hand portion of the
grill anyway. Uh..there seems to be a mountain range that
comes to a...a point ... that is heavier and thicker and has
a tendency to start at east and west. The range really goes
north to the south, towards the south-southwest. But in the
upper third there's a portion that goes, uh, east and west
and that..the side I think it's located is beyond that knob
so to speak... This is from a pretty far removed overview,
but it's the best I can do...
#14: Focus on the landmarks in the area. Describe significant
landmarks.
#08: All I got is damn mountains. The, uh ... the, uh ... Well,
let's try it this way... The area to the left ... beyond the
ranges is extremely barren... It's a ... dotted with very, uh,
primitive ... form of housing..if you wish.
PAUSE
It's equally barren to the right, and then there's a...
less pronounced hilly range and-inside of that is ... god,
there's a vast plains.
#14: Are there any other terrain features in this area?
#08: The terrain features are all allied to the mountains. I can
only give you a perspective from a drawing... This ... from a
high overview that's just a...a complete, a very pronounced
circle of, uh, looks like whitish light, like a ... orange-
blue light that refracts ... that kinda marks a spot@ if you
wish...
#14: All right. Once again I would like you to focus on the
specific area of interest, focus on the target area. Describe
the function of this target area.
PAUSE
+13 #08: It's like a huge reflector, it's to reflect or absorb lightq
that's all ...... This is like a huge ... huge...reflector or
absorber of light. It reminds me of a mirror under a micro-
scope under which light is absorbed and reflected.. That's
the best way I can describe that..... Have you got anything
else on this?

#08: Okay, can you give me about two minutes?
Okay, in my first sketch labeled number one entitled overview.
Uh, I wanna start from the beginning when you mentioned
SG I PL______j I thought I I d have problem with overlay and I
thought I'd have my, it was a forge that I described last
week with the metal stuff. And, uh, r6ther than concentrate
on that or accept it, I just waited for things to occur or''
for the view of the site to happen, as opposed to going back
to any place that I might've recalled. And I was really,
I could've cared less about the results of the consequences.
And what I ended up was in a similar setting of last weeks
session, but somewhat different perspective. And there was
a mountain range that runs from north to south, with a
knobby sort of range that goes from east to west. And just
above that knob of mountains which were, by the way, very
barren, sometimes snow capped and streaked with snow, uh,
was this reflective little circle..little circle only because
I tried to a..to pinpoint or identify the geographical area
by the surroundings. I was unable to do so, so I kept trying
to get a view from a higher perspective and a higher overview
and it just didn't pan out. All I did get was mountains. I
tried to look to the left and all I got was a barren, rural,
very coldish type area. Very primitive. And I went to the
right. And, uh, I- after the mountains petered off into
another grid they just came out to like plains, barren plains.
So I ddn't know if somebody can pinpoint this mountaih,a@ea, then
they'll know where the hell it is.
When you asked me about the function...uh..I felt I had to
draw this, or sketch it to you. At least it gives you an idea
of what I experienced as far as function is concerned, the
principal function. Therefore, I've drawn that in sketch
number two. And there was like a huge disk that absorbs and
reflects light, an adjustable disk.. It was, it reminded me,
in miniature form of a little mirror underneath a microscope
that absorbs and reflects the light into the, uh, barrel and
tube of the microscope through the slide. But this is, this
is...this has other consequences and purposes. It seems if
it was more atmospheric, not to say spacial. It didn't make
any sense to me, but that's all that, that came. And
that's all I have.

briefing.
2. (S/NOFORN) During f-hig qpq.ion the remote viewer was asked to go to
geographic coordinateI and: a. describe SG1
the target areap b. look for specific landmarks, and c. @Escribe the function A
of the target area.
3. (S/NOFORN) This remote viewer has worked against this target in the
past (see session DCC-30).
4. (S/NOFORN) ' The interviewer had access to report number DCC-30, but
had no knowledge of this target's location nor its function.
