SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSIONCC9
1. (S) This report documents a Remote Viewing (RV) session
conducted in compliance with a request from SOD, J3, OJCS,
Pentagon, Washington, D.C. The purpose of the session was
to provide information relevant to the hostage situation in
the U.S. Embassy compound in Teheran, Iran.
2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are
provided as raw intelligence data and as such have not been
subjected to any intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation.
Interpretation and use of the information provided is the
responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
Protocol'(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made
by the remote viewer reference his impressions of the target
site. At TAB B is target cueing information provided the
remote viewer.

Focus your attention, now, on the target for
today. You have in your possession a photograph,
two individuals. Focus your attention on the
area where these two individuals are located.

#11 Seem to be having difficulty focusing. I have
feeling of looking at the outside of the building.
s-s-several stories high, s-s-square building, plain.
Uh... I've not-not had a... inside feeling. I keep
coming up with a blank, other than... the one glimpse
of the outside of the building.
#66 Alright. Fine. Tell me a little bit about this
building. Tell me about the roof of this building.

#11 Well, I don't know about (mumbling) ... all kinds of
footprints going on ... uh... I sense that this
building is long and narrow. I sense it might be

can't find any individuals we're looking
for. I'm outside looking at the front this long
narrow building.

+12 #11 Wait a minute ...... uh ...... (sigh) ... I have
(mumbling) of being inside looking down a long
corridor, hallway. I sense this is ... ground
floor. I have no sensation of these two
individuals.
#66 Ok. How about sketching me a picture of the
building that you have seen.

#11 What a hopeless experience.
#66 What's that?
#11 Oh, I was... in order to focus, I had to bring myself
up to a point where I could here that no... it all of
a sudden seemed like somebody turned the volume up
where I could here all the noise. Was that noise
going on up the top .....
#66 Noise was very bad today, yes.
#11 1 only heard it when I had problems focusing on
the individuals so I brought myself up to a level
where I could focus consciously and then all that
noise just started pumping through. Prior to that,
I was just having absolutely difficulty time ... uh....
trying to stay with the subject or individuals,
whatever. I would go other places. I seemed to be
drawn other places, and stuff. Uh ... difficult,
super difficult time, whenever I tried to focus
on these individuals, nothing came through, except
there was this long that I was looning at from the
outside and I was trying to identify with these
individuals themselves. Uh ... but I could pick up
absolutely nothing on them.

#11 Absolutely nothing.
I saw the outside of this building... uh ... and without
realizing it I also caught a glimpse of the inside.
But, I didn't move around much. I was looking down
this long hallway, long corridor, seemed like it might
extend the length of the whole building.
#66 Ok.
#11 Uh ....... and there were several times when I was
in and out, but I knew when I was away from the target
and when I was back to it.Or away from this first
impression that I had.
#66 Ok.
#11 1 tried to go above and take a look at the roof of ths
building, or whatever. But, I seemed to be locked
in front of it at pretty much ground level. I'm not
sure ... these are just-these are long narrow windows ...
but I sense that there was about three stories ...
there was other room above that but there were
three ... three tiers of windows. I don't know how
prevalent these windows were or how far apart they
were. I had the feeling that they kept going along
the building, but I only saw this set here. Uh...
gee, I don't know... (mumbling) At times... (mumbling)
at times there seemed to be a wall or almost like
a wrought iron fence in between myself and this building
... but it was something I sensed... I seemed to sense
all of this stuff, except for ... I caught clumpses of
the building-uh ... I would say that there were more
of these windows ... (mumbling)..,uh...(sigh) ... over
here to my left seemed like some entrance way or
something that, I don't know, probably a story and a
half tall (mumbling) ... so on through these windows
here .... the ...uh... the building, I seemed to be able
to look at it sideways, frontwords, backwords, same
thing, all at the same time. It was long and narrow.
Uh... seemed to be foilage and shrubbery, or something,
behind me, around me. There was something blocking my
view to the immediate left, to the immediate right. I got
my left and right mixed up. Uh... for some reason my
focus, as I was standing outside, the entrance was there
and my focus was over here and it seemed to be..or where
I started out here, right around in this area ... this is

Some sort of an entrance and my focus was brought to
bear right there. Uh... I had a feeling of going
inside. When I was inside I was just looking down
this, rather narrow ... corridor ... I had a feeling
that there might have been doors over here
or offices, whatever. There was a long narrow corridor
and it was very dark in there. There was some natural
lighting but not much. I seemed to be at a position
where-I had a feeling I was up on this end too,
looking down the entire length. Uh ... it was lighter
down there than it was up here .... it seemed to be
dark, but lit up. There might have been some light
coming thr ..... it wasn't any light from any light
fixtures or anything. It was some type... it was a
natural type light. I mean, of all the buildings
that I.know down there, I'd say that one there is
definitely the Embassy building. Uh ... but what
bothers me the most is not being able to find the
individuals we're looking for ... and..uh... like
the previous session that we had, at least I could
find them, you know, I saw positions and I felt...
but I'm not getting any ... anything when I try to
focus on the individuals. Other than being standing
outside ... my first shot was outside, looking at a
building. Several story building ... I ... I knew where
my position was in relation to this entrance way and
which side of the building ... uh...

#11 In between these... in between 1 and 2 1 seen them
take a trip to a different part of the grounds
and something I would probably identify as the
... the Ambassador's residence, but it was just .....
I was there-I had a feeling of the outside of this
place and then back again to this location.

#11 No,I've justgot a bad feeling because I couldn't
find or identify with the individuals.

is a disappointment on your part, or is it a bad
feeling about the situation.
#11 It's a bad feeling about the situation. It's a
possibility they may have been outside in front of
this building, at the time. I had no, I was not
able to feel or perceive their presence.

media information and extensive overhead imagery prior to the session.
He has remote viewed this target before and was aware that he would
be working against the hostage situation in Iran.
