  SMIARY ANALYSIS
  REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-22
  1- OSAOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
  compliance with a request from SOD, J3, OJCS1 Pentagono Washington, Do.
  The purpose of the session was to provide information relevant to the
  hostage situation in Iran.
  2- (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided as
  raw intelligence data, andt as such, have not been subjected to any inter-
  mediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the
  information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
  3- (S/N0F0RN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
  Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
  4- (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
  the remote viewing session. At TAB A is target cuing in-formation provided
  the remote viewer.
  5- (S/NOF0RN) The remote viewer was asked to access target area "September"
  and deterraine if any U.S. hostage personnel were at this location. The viewer
  did not locate any personnel at this target, with the exception of night
  watchman outside.

       #14: This will be a remote vie-w-ing session for 3 September 1980.
  Mission time is 1100 hours.
  All right #36, the time is now 1100 hours. Yo-ur mission
  for today is to go to target area "September". I want you
  to tell me if there are any hostage personnel at this
  location. Relax, focus your attention. Focus your atten-
  tion on target site "September".

               +04 #36: 1 been all around in here ... I don t see any of us*.******
  It's very quiet ........
  #14: As long as you're there, give me a brief description of
  this building.
               +06 #36: The inside entry way is very.tall ceiling ...... and stairs
  onootofancy stairs on the left...cream color**-fancy mold-
  ingt wainscotting ... about four foot high.&o.***#very high
  ceiling ........... Hallway seems to ... having trouble follow-
  ing it, it goes....it doesn't go straight, to the left....
  I can't seem to get on the upper floors..*6.&04.40$@9&696
  It's almost as if I'm looking at a ... a model of this placeg
  it's just dead ......
  I'm not getting much ......

  I'm back on the ground floor... Outside, east side .... is
  someone under an overhang-leaning against the building.
  Get the feeling of light colored clothing ........ It's
  dark...this is some kind of watchman, or something*.****

           #11+: Okayq we're ready for debrief.
           #36: Well, I didntt see anyone in the building. Only person
           I saw was someone outside who seemed to be a guard or a
           watchman of some type ... feeling of boredom. That was the
           only individual I saw around. the whole place. It seemed
           like it was boarded up or something, not boarded up, but
           closed upf was a very musty smell to the building. That
           was about it. I definitely had no feeling of hostages in
           the building anywhere.

 TARGET CUING INFORMATION
 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-22
 1. (S/NOFORN) The viewer has 'been exposed to open source news media infor-
 mation, classified overhead imagery and photographs of many of the hostage
 personnel. He knew he would be working against the hostage situation in Iran.
 2. (S/NOFORN) At the time of the session -the remote viewer was shown over-
 head imagery of target site "September". The target location was pointed out
 to the viewer by the interviewer. The remote viewer was then asked to access
 the target and determine if any U.S. hostage personnel were being held at this
 location. The imagery is not included herein due to its classification.
