TASK: (3 JUL 90) Describe the entit and provide
its location.
SG1A REPLY: Two to three entities are currently associated
SG1A with One, a small, white vessel with
arkingg. Another used callsign or name
SG1A I may have, as a first
name(-sT-,one or more of the following singularly
or in combination: JUAN, MANUEL, RAMONE or
RAMOND. Their middle or last name is TIRESTE. A
detailed description of the person was provided.
ACTION: No JTF4 action possible. Names and callsigns were
provided to JTF-4 analysts. On 6 Jul, the vessel
SG1A (ref: OOC report) was active; unknown if it
was with
SG1A EVAL: Some correlation based on the vessel being SG1A
active during the period.

Background: Suspect narco-trafficking vessel (SNTV) has been acitve in SG1A
SG1A comms with vessel F--Iref: tasker JT4053) since 5 Jul. vessels are still probably off
the NE coast of SoOYT-merica, but exact locations are not known.

SG1A is a large commercial fishing vessel located at 1250N 55W. It is not
curren contraband but will pick some up on 10 July at an undetermined
location. After the pickup, it will head for Trinidad, where it will transfer the contraband
at 1050N 601OW between 151800 and 152230 Jul 90 (location and time from 053F).

SG1A currently located at 17N 54. Surface transfer will occur at 17N 54W.
OOF: 091330L Jul 90
SG1A I Is located at 105RN r;64qWd it will perform a surface transfer at 1139N
5649W. Associated callsigns are 1SG1A
