  1. Regarding the photographs in the sealed manila
  envelopes identified as B and C, please describe
  the activities recently completed or ongoing
  and the purpose/function of the area depicted
  on the photographs.
  2. This project is to be undertaken after the
  tasker associated with the "A" envelopes.
  3. A prompt reply, consistent with staff capabil-
  ities, would be appreciated. A target date of
  Wednesday, 23 January 1991, is desired, if the
  project cannot be completed sooner. As before,
  return the materials with your report along with
  a statement on your handling procedures of the
  materials.
