Target: 33 foot S/V (described iri case 076) SG1
Background: The 33 foot S/V described in the case as I ossibly picked A
up a load of drugs in the past three days. It is probably enroute to, or through, the
SG1A Yucatan Channel to a location on the Gulf Coast of U.S. It is unclear whether this S/V
is C/S and whether it is actually carrying drugs.
