E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target vessel is currently active in the Caribbean area at
16 N / 76 50 W where it is picking up additional illegal drugs. It
is a versatile freighter that will off-load the illegal drugs at
geographical coordinates 23 50 N / 87 W to a metal tug painted red
and white. In turn, the tug will unload the drugs in an area known
as the "Solomons/Solomons' Pier" located at the Port of New
Orleans, Louisiana. The target vessel will off-load only to one
boat, the red and white tug. The final destination of the
principal target vessel has not yet been determined. The illegal
operation "will be thwarted" at the port of call in the US."
The words "Warner /Werner" surfaced phonetically during the
course of an ef fort to identify Americans possibly involved in this
illegal operation. The word "Papal" also surfaced phonetically but
its significance was not indicated.
The same person has been in continuing control of the target
vessel for quite some time. A group from a Columbian cartel is
involved in this undertaking.
