2. (SINFISK) VIEWER TASKING: 003 was instructed to write the cue
HIGGINS/PRESENT LOCATION at the beginning of the session, then
provided with the "coordinate" 8809. After acquiring and describing
the target, the viewer was then allowed to work with a map in an
attempt to pin down the target's location.
